Project Overview
The Odyssey 360 Master Portal is a custom business management platform developed by 360Infomatic for Odyssey 360, an immigration consultancy. It was built as a centralized system for handling clients, cases, finance, reporting and administrative operations from one secure, authenticated portal — separate from Odyssey 360's public-facing website.

Running a growing consultancy means tracking clients, active cases, payments and staff workload at the same time. Without a single system of record, that data tends to live in disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes — making it hard to see the full picture, slow to produce financial reports, and difficult to keep administrative activity accountable.
03 — Our SolutionOur Solution
We built a custom Django and PostgreSQL business portal behind secure authentication, giving Odyssey 360 one place to manage clients and cases, track finances, generate reports and administer the system. The dashboard surfaces client, case and revenue analytics at a glance, with dedicated modules for calendar scheduling, finance, reporting and admin oversight underneath.
